How to Book with BlueWave Roatan Private Tours

Booking your tour with BlueWave Roatan Private Tours is very easy. Simply visit the tour page of your choice, complete the booking form with your information (full name, phone number, email address, cruise ship name, arrival date, and number of participants), and follow the steps provided to confirm your reservation. Once we receive your information, we will send you the corresponding confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy 💳

At BlueWave Roatan Private Tours, we want you to feel confident when booking with us. We offer a full refund if your cruise ship is unable to dock at the port or if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

In these cases, the refund will be processed with a $50 USD deduction to cover bank fees and operational expenses for the assigned guide.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. However, in the event of a verified medical emergency, we may issue a refund upon presentation of an official medical certificate from the doctor onboard the cruise ship.

Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.

Where Do We Meet on Tour Day?

The meeting time is usually between 45 minutes and 1 hour after the port authorizes disembarkation. For private tours, we can adjust to your arrival schedule. Our team will be clearly identified with the BlueWave Roatan Private Tours name.
